Crate Stacking & Big Swing: How tall can you build the tower before safely swinging through the air?
Archery: Hit the bullseye. A fun and friendly competition, with Christmas cheer thrown in.
Abseiling & Zipline: The perfect way to get your heart racing and your spirits soaring!
Bike Rides: Travel scenic routes past beautiful views. With the refreshing weather, it’s a peaceful yet invigorating way to embrace nature.
Christmas Crafts: Unleash your inner elf, make your very own holiday decorations, and bring home some extra holiday cheer.
Christmas Disco: The weekend wouldn’t be complete without a festive dance to holiday tunes, twinkling lights and plenty of cheer. It’s a chance to let loose and enjoy the company of new friends.
A visit from Santa: He’s very busy at the start of December, but Santa has informed us that he and his elf can visit again on both weekends, with small gifts of course!

5th to 8th December

12th to 15th December
WHAT IS THE COST?
The cost is only £315 per person. This includes accommodation, meals, facilities, swimming pool use, and full access to all the activities and pastimes.

Friday
- Arrive in the afternoon – bedrooms are available from 4 pm
- Enjoy your evening meal at 6 pm before relaxing and settling in
Saturday
- Hot breakfast at 8.30 am
- Morning activity session at 10 am
- Lunch at 1 pm
- Afternoon activity session at 2 pm
- Presents from Santa from 4 pm
- Christmas Dinner at 6 pm
- Festive party and disco from 7.30 pm
Sunday
- Hot breakfast at 8.30 am
- Morning activity session at 10 am
- Lunch at 1 pm
- Afternoon activity session at 2 pm
- Space and time to unwind and relax with dinner at 6 pm
- Arts and Crafts session from 7.30 pm
Monday
- Breakfast at 8.30 am
- Time to wave goodbye – check-out of rooms by 10 am (with all of North Devon on the doorstep to explore before going home)

Thanks to the diligent efforts of our fundraising team and the kind donations from our benefactors, we can provide guests in need of financial assistance with funding for a stay at Calvert Devon. We aim to keep our prices as low as possible, and further funding is available to support eligible individuals.
